Though there is as such no problem in saying such phrases but it is usually recommended not to use or say them keeping in mind the situation that suppose you said "For god's sake, please don't go" (Allah ke waaste mat jaao) but the person you said this to has some important work & he has to go otherwise he would face problem & then he goes then what he rejected was God's sake (Allah ka waasta) which in turn made him a sinner.
So, it is better to refrain from using such phrases in our day-to-day life.
