One can read the holy Qur'an at any time in 24 hours but as far as offering Salah is concerned read this hadith:
Muslim (1373) narrated that ‘Uqbah ibn ‘Aamir al-Juhani said: “There are three times at which the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) forbade us to pray or to bury our dead: when the sun has clearly started to rise until it is fully risen, when it is directly overhead at midday until it has passed its zenith, and when the sun starts to set until it has fully set.”
So, there are 3 times in the whole 24 hours when it is forbidden to pray:
1. When the sun starts to rise till it has completely risen.
2. When the sun is directly overhead till it passes its peak.
3. When the sun starts to set till it has completely set.
And Allah knows best!
